Masters Institute Executive Certification

Once you complete the Masters Institute Course, you will be certified as an Executive Trainer.

There are three courses available in the Masters Institute: (1) So, You're Unique! What's Your Point? (business / secular), (2) Discover Your Giftedness (faith-based), and (3) Extreme Personality Makeover (faith-based). There are no prerequisites to participate. but Basic Certification is highly recommended. 1. Each week or before the seminar, Dr. Carbonell will upload the textbook and lesson guide chapter by chapter and the PowerPoint Presentation for the following weeks's lesson. This way you will have each week's class or in advance as you would need it to train or coach others. You will also receive an actual hard copy of the textbook once you have completed the course. The Life Planner Lesson Guide will be uploaded chapter by chapter each week or in advance. The course is NOT intended for the casual learner. It is designed as an extensive discipline for the serious professional. Each class will have its own:

2. There are two tracks to choose from. Once we have 5 or more people for either class we will start the class.

There are two tracks of training to consider. The Superior Track and the General Track. The Superior Track focuses on personal development and wellness and is more detailed, while the General Track is more basic. Everyone so far has chosen the Superior Track and it is my pesonal experience that consultants and coaches should focus on the total person and wellness. Your Investment

You must commit your time to either or both tracks. An interview will be required to determine which track you should take, and to be sure that you will be able to handle the course work. Anyone can do this, but there must first be some preparation and understanding of what is involved.

There are two financial options:

Invest $695 in the General Track (6 - 9 hours of training). Most coaches charge $300 - $500 per hour for similar training.
Your investment for the Superior Track will be $795. You must also make a commitment to build your business under the mentorship of the Carbonells.
The $795 will pay for your Shaklee membership, plus a Fast Start Kit with over $400 of Shaklee products (optional). You will also be expected to commit to improving your own health and helping others to do the same. You don't have to commit to using Shaklee products or building your Shaklee business, but it is seriously encouraged.
